This is a programme that offers Pilates classes plus a mixture of other styles of exercise from walking club to weights & resistance training.
Also, Pilates for strong bones, you’ll also come across walking club, very short little express classes, where we get our steps in. In this program we will also have classes to help build healthy bones pelvic floor, health, posture, and all sorts. You’ll have twice a month Live Zoom or Facebook and new classes will be uploaded weekly on the website.
